Terms of Service

1. Service operator and acceptance

Sirko.ai is offered by Mitchell Strategic Solutions Group. By using Sirko, accepting an invitation, or connecting a service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not connect an account or use the service.

2. Private pilot

Sirko is currently provided as a limited, invitation-only pilot. Features may change as reliability, privacy controls, and provider integrations are tested. Access may be limited or suspended to protect users, connected services, or the platform.

3. Your accounts and instructions

• You may connect only accounts you are authorised to use.
• You are responsible for keeping your channels and devices secure.
• Sirko acts on instructions received from your verified channels and applies additional confirmation to sensitive or externally visible actions.
• You must review drafts, routes, summaries, appointments, and other important results before relying on them.

4. Connected services

Google, Microsoft, Meta, Spotify, Telegram, and other integrations remain governed by their own terms. You choose which services and permissions to connect and can revoke them through Sirko or the provider. Sirko never receives your provider password.

Provider availability, quotas, policy changes, account restrictions, and device limitations may affect a feature. Sirko will not claim an external action succeeded without the evidence available from the relevant provider or device.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use Sirko to:

• break the law, infringe rights, deceive, harass, or cause harm;
• access another person's data or account without authorisation;
• bypass provider controls, security boundaries, or usage limits;
• distribute malware, spam, or automated abusive communications;
• probe, copy, resell, or interfere with the service without permission.

6. Privacy, export, disconnection, and deletion

The Privacy Notice explains what Sirko processes and why. You may disconnect integrations, ask what Sirko remembers, request an export, or request deletion. Requests must be made from a verified account or sent to info@mitchellgroup.eu.

7. Availability and warranties

Sirko is provided on an “as available” basis during the pilot. Reasonable care is taken to make the service secure and reliable, but uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy, or continuous availability of third-party integrations is not guaranteed.

8. Responsibility and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sirko and its operator are not responsible for indirect losses or for failures caused by third-party platforms, user devices, inaccurate instructions, or use contrary to these terms.

9. Ending access and changes

You may stop using Sirko and request deletion at any time. The operator may suspend or end access for security, legal, provider, or material misuse reasons. Material changes to these terms will be published here with a revised date; fresh consent will be requested when required.
